Beetroot kebab need following ingredients:-
- medium-sized beetroot, peeled and grated 1
- chickpea flour 2 tbsp.
- finely chopped onions 2 tbsp.
- ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- chopped coriander leaves 1/2 tsp
- cumin powder 1/4 tsp
- coriander powder 1/4 tsp
- garam masala 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp oil
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the grated beetroot, chickpea flour, onions, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 3-4 small kebabs using your hands.
