Description

Almond waffles are prepared from a delightful blend of applesauce, oats, and almonds, giving them a rich, nutty flavour and texture. This simple recipe, made with just a few ingredients, will surely surpass your expectations.


Ingredients

  • 1 eggs
● 10 gram applesauce, unsweetened
● 50ml almond or any milk
● 1 teaspoon of  maple syrup or honey
● 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
● 1 teaspoon baking soda
● ½ teaspoon salt
● 10 gram gluten free oat flour
● 10 gram almond flour
● Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Begin by taking a clean, large mixing bowl.
    ● Whisk the egg, then add applesauce, milk, honey, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
    ● Mix thoroughly, then incorporate the oat and almond flour.
    ● Preheat the waffle maker and lightly spray it with cooking oil.
    ● Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until done.
    ● Remove and serve immediately!
